I’m Yash Tambawala, a technology professional based out of Bengaluru. I have previously lived and worked in San Francisco and Mumbai.
On this website, I document my thoughts on technology, economics, business, and everything else. Growing up, I was a highly curious kid, looking for patterns and connections across seemingly unconnected things. This habit continues to this day and will reflect in my writing as well.
Technology has always been my first love. I started out my career studying renewable energy at IIT Bombay with the aim to reduce our carbon footprint on the environment. As I waltzed across careers over the years, I am now trying to improve the way we work at Cisco Webex as a product manager. In this role, I try to bring together technology, design, and business needs to solve customer problems. This work truly brings out the curious kid in me connecting anything to everything.
In the past, I had a chance to learn a bit about business and finance, when I worked as a management consultant, and venture capital analyst. I am grateful to have received a chance to study at two of the best education institutions in India and the US – IIT Bombay and Stanford University.
